Large farmhouse complex made up of the main house where the owners' residence is along with the Gattaia 1 apartment. Whereas, the Gattaia 2 apartment is located in an annexe next to the house and Gattaia 3 is in a nice ex-farm building located just a short distance from the house, near the swimming pool. The property is located in a very pretty and panoramic position rising above the Mugello valley. A swimming pool (4x8) is available for the guests' use. Shared barbecue in the courtyard. Outdoor areas reserved for each apartment. On request it is possible to have breakfasts and dinners with homemade products. Central heating. DISTANCES: 7 km Vicchio (all kinds of shops), 15 km Borgo San Lorenzo, 28 km Lake of Bilancino (bathing and sailing sports), 50 km Florence.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
