Small modern villa (abt. 160 m2) on a hillside, surrounded by woods, that overlook the valley of the river Sieve. Beautiful, extensive views over the countryside. Peaceful position. Enclosed property with equipped garden and swimming pool (6x12). Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: tavern with fireplace and two beds. Mezzanine gr.fl.: living room with fireplace and terrace, small kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine), dining room, 1 bathroom with bath. 1st.fl. (attic with low roof): 1 double bedroom, 1 small twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Telephone. (TV). Simple furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 2.8 km the town of Dicomano (various shops, tennis), 10 km Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto), 17 km Borgo San Lorenzo, 38 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
