This farmhouse complex is located in the Mugello countryside just a short distance from Vicchio, the birth town of Giotto. The complex consists of a main villa and 14 apartments located in various buildings. At the guests' disposal: large, pleasant outdoor areas where you will find the swimming pool (7x14), tennis court and a shared barbecue area; it is also possible to use free of charge some canoes for excursions on the Sieve river and a few mountain bikes. The apartments have been recently renovated, pleasantly furnished and equipped with TV and a safe (PIMMAGGIORE 11 and 12 have safes). Shared washing machine. A secondary railway line passes near the property. The farm is an active farm that cultivates the land and tends to animal rearing (pigs). Parking. Central heating. DISTANCES: 3 km Vicchio (all kinds of shops). The lake of Bilancino, where you can practice sailing sports and is suitable for bathing, is approx. 16 km away. 100 m from horse riding, 10 km Borgo S. Lorenzo, 35 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: (57 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining/cooking area (oven, dishwasher, 4 electric hotplates) with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Private and equipped outdoor area.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
