La Tenuta is situated on the slopes that go uphill from the Sieve river towards the peaks of the Apennines. TENUTA 1/2/3/4 are in the villa where the owners live whereas the other apartments are in some out-buildings. In the large park which is well-tended and which has secular trees there is a swimming-pool (6x16) (26/5-29/9),, the tennis court and an equipped area with games for children, boules pitch, table-tennis. Shared laundry room and public telephone. Each apartment has satellite TV. A small pet is allowed per apartment upon payment (52 Euro). Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating.
ACCOMMODATION: In an independent house (47 m2). Gr. fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner and single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Gazebo and private outdoor area.
LOCATION: 3 km Vicchio (various shops), birthplace of Giotto, Cimabue and Beato Angelico, 5 km horse riding school, 20 km golf course, 35 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
