The accommodation is situated near a town at the foot of a hill and overlooks the farmed plain. The fenced-in property includes a swimming pool (6.5x13) (1/4-31/10) shared with other apartments (4 apartments and 2 outbuildings). Central heating with system running through the tiling on the ground floor and with electric radiators on the first floor. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km Colognola (grocery shops), 18 km Verona (famous for the Arena where large concerts are now held), 30 km Sommacampagna golf course, 38 km Vicenza and the villas of the Palladio, 40 km Gardaland amusement park, 55 km lake of Garda, 62 km Mantova, 101 km Venice, 162 km Parma.
ACCOMMODATION: (70 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with spacious sofa bed and opening to a small outdoor courtyard, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with wardrobe closet, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Very well kept, comfortable furnishings. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
