Annexe (70 m2) of a splendid stone-built farmhouse that dates back to the 15th century, which has been perfectly restored preserving the characteristics of the time in which it was built. Immersed in the greenery of the countryside of the Colli Berici (300 m a.s.l), allows for a holiday dedicated to culture with trips to the cities of Vicenza, Padova, Venice and Verona, to nature with excursions along the paths and equipped routes of the farm or to wine-gastronomy in the typical restaurants of the area. The main part of the building consists of, besides 8 bedrooms, a small restaurant (open every day to the guests, but not every day to tbe public), communal reception rooms where occasionally parties take place and a large grassy panoramic and equipped terrace (shared with the other guests) that overlooks the countryside. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) wtih kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (accessed by spiral staircase): overhead gallery over the living room divided into two separate night areas, one with twin beds that is a passageway and the other with double bed. Comfortable modern furniture. Air conditioning included in the pice for July and August. Possibility of bike hire. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
