Apartments in an ancient country property at the foot of the Berici and Euganean hills. Excellent base for excursions and visits to the Palladian villas, hidden amongst large parks with secular trees. Views over the countryside. Very peaceful position. Shared: spacious equipped lawn with barbecue and table tennis, swimming pool (16x8) . 4 bicycles available for hire. Parties and ceremonis are held in a wing of the villa and in the former portico. DISTANCES: 1.5 km Ponte Barbarano (various shops), 20 km Vicenza, 25 km Padua, 30 km the spa resorts of Abano and Montegrotto and the ancient and fortified towns of Este and Montagnana, 60 km Venice.
ACCOMMODATION: In a wing of the villa (250 m2). Gr. fl.: entrance/lounge (TV), dining room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer), 1 twin bedded room with an extra 3rd bed, 2 bathrooms with shower one of which has a washing machine. 1st fl. (top fl. and accessed by a spiral staircase): large hall/living room, 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms with an extra 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: 1.5 km Ponte Barbarano (various shops), 20 km Vicenza, 25 km Padua, 30 km the spa resorts of Abano and Montegrotto and the ancient and fortified towns of Este and Montagnana, 60 km Venice.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
