Spacious apartment created above the ancient stables of a famous historic villa built at the end of the 17th century. The magnificent rooms contain numerous frescoes of Tiepolo and, like the garden, are open to the public for visiting. Beautiful countryside. Good level of peace and quiet. In the back of the stalls and at the guests' disposal is a grove with reserved garden furniture. Occasionally on Saturdays there may be ceremonies on the ground floor of the stables and in the villa's garden. Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km grocery shops, 2.5 km the historic centre of Vicenza, 36 km Padua, 55 km Verona, 68 km Venice, 80 km the lake of Garda.
ACCOMMODATION: (220 m2) 1st fl.: large living/dining room (TV), kitchen (oven, dishwasher), study (ADSL line free of charge ), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 single bedroom (140 cm bed), 1 bathroom with bath, 1 WC (washbasin). Entry to the villa's gardens and rooms for one day is included in the price for each booking (irregardless of the number of guests). Simple furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
