Apartment (48 m2) in an annexe adjacent to the Giusso Castle, situated on one of the rock spurs hanging over the sea, in front of Naples and Vesuvio and presently divided into 10 apartments. The guests can make use of the residence's large panoramic swimming pool (20x10) (1/6-15/9) and large shared outdoor areas. Descent down to the sea to a private beach (can hire equipment such as sun umbrellas, deckchairs, etc.) with a lift from 15/6 to 15/9 or on foot during the rest of the year. Shared laundry room (washing machine) upon payment. Parking. DISTANCES: 10 km from Sorrento, 20 km Positano, Naples can easily be reached by train (45 minutes) as well as the ruins of Pompeii (15 minutes). It is possible to visit Mount Faito by taking the funicular that leaves from Castellammare di Stabia.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with divan bed, small kitchenette (2 electric hotplates), 1 small bathroom with shower. Small courtyard that is private and equipped. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with hipbath. Simple furniture. Telephone. Heating with electric stoves .

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
