The kitchen is divided in two spaces: the kitchen and the dining room. The total space is about 15 squared meters. The kitchen is also linked with a small bathroom. In the kitchen the guests will find: a liquid gas propane kitchen, the kitchen sink, the refrigerator. The washing machine is outside in a separate space. There is no dishwasher.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet and one basin.
Garden (400 m2).
Balcony - Garden (400 m2) - 2 levels - Family owned since 1960. You need a car to get there and to move in the wonderful areas in the neighbourhood. In the Villaggio Monte Faito there is also a Sport Center equipped with swimming pool, tennis grounds, etc.
FOR WINTER ARRIVAL: Heating is provided by the fireplace and a propane heater at the main floor, and electric heaters for the rooms at the first floor.
• 60 km away from Capodichino- International Airport of Naples.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). If you don't want to reach the town of Moiano or Vico equense to do your shopping, in the Villaggio Monte Faito you will find a bar, a food shop, and many restaurants.
• The village house is right beside swimming. The sea (Sorrento) is 20 km away.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
