This exclusive oceanfront home is found on one of the most scenic roads in Victoria. This beautiful retreat has a three quarter acre garden that is maintained the year around. It is a 2200 square foot three bedroom/two bathroom home with kitchen, dining room, living room den and two working fireplaces. It is close to all amenities as well as to the university. There is ever-changing scenery in the bay with sailboat racing, kayaking and wildlife.
There is an Ocean view from the kitchen, dining, living room and upstairs bedroom.
