The off street parking is perfect and allows up to 4 vehicles. We offer complimentary Starbucks coffee, tea and water bottles upon arrival.

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Please call with credit card info and I will process the required payments through my business terminal. Once a cancellation has been processed the credit is good for 1 year. After this it will become non-redeemable and non-transferable.
