This ocean front suite is located right on the edge of Royal Bay, only a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Victoria. If walking is more your speed, you couldn’t ask for a more beautiful stroll, about 40 minutes to downtown along one of the most scenic waterfronts in the world. Feeling lazy? There is a bus stop only two blocks away. Need provisions? There is a grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, and even a Tim Horton’s located 5 minutes walking distance from the suite.
Despite the central location, the suite is quiet and secluded, with a long driveway that shelters you from traffic noise. Indeed, the only sounds you will hear are the sounds of the ocean – the birds, the waves, and the distant foghorn. In the spring and summer, hundreds of cruise ships pass by the windows of the suite, and all year round you will enjoy watching pleasure boats, yachts and kayakers. For nature lovers, you will appreciate the other frequent ‘guests’ of our property - cormorants, herons, ducks and eagles who live in the park nearby and consider our yard as their playground. Binoculars are provided with the suite, and an observant guest may even get to see orcas!
A beautiful large terrace right outside your door almost touches the water. A patio table, chairs and barbeque are provided for your outside dining pleasure throughout the summer.
This brand new open concept suite has never been lived in as of June 2010. If you love to cook, you will love this custom-made kitchen, outfitted with a full-size dishwasher, fridge, stove, and all the necessary accessories. The kitchen overlooks the dining area with a round wood table perfect for an intimate dinner. The dining area then flows into a cozy sitting area with a large, comfortable designer couch and armchair and a fireplace with a new LCD TV screen above it. From the dining area double doors open onto the oceanfront terrace. Vacations are for pampering yourself, and you will never feel more luxurious than when you are enjoying a candle-lit bath in our soaker Jacuzzi type bathtub or separate large glass shower with a rain showerhead that has to be experienced to be believed. The bedroom is outfitted with deliciously comfortable queen sized bed and high quality linens. Internet and local calls are provided free of charge.

Whether in summer, when you can be outside all day long enjoying the beauty of the Pacific Coast, or in winter when you can curl up in your cozy suite and watch the wild winter storms from your window, the ocean front Suite is a real paradise on Earth!
