Escape on foot to one of the nearby ocean-side walking routes, or bike or walk downtown to explore Victoria's shining treasures. A large yard with garden, and a park and playground across the street make ours an ideal vacation spot. Perfect for families. The property houses a completely self-contained suite with a private driveway, entrance and yard, and a single tenant. This suite is not available for rent.

Booking Deposit

Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, 90 percent of all payments are refunded.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. PayPal, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)

Telephone Fee

Local calls are included in the rent. Long Distance is available at cost - bill to be provided by phone carrier.

Group & Min. Age Policies

Allow groups of families or couples.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 50.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
