This two bedroom, two bathroom, bright above-ground, fully equipped private suite is located on a sunny 1/4 acre lot on Vancouver Island. You can enjoy your morning coffee on your private garden porch, or if you enjoy outdoor living, we are only a 10 minute drive to Butchart Gardens, Glen Meadows and Ardmore Golf Course. Or you can take in the tranquility of Beaver/Elk Lake Municipal Park, a short 10 minute drive. A bike lane is also located outside your door to take you to downtown Sidney, or Matticks Farm for unique shopping and fresh produce.

The Victoria International Airport airport is about a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Shopping and Dining
5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride to downtown Sidney, which offers grocery/amenity shopping. 5 minute drive to grocery shopping, drug store, post office and a Neighbourhood Pub. 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride on bike path to Cordova Bay and Matticks Farm for quaint shopping and fresh produce. 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria.
Golf Courses
Nearest driving range is a 5 minute drive. Nearest golf courses are at 10 minute drive away, which include Glen Meadows (18 holes) and Ardmore Golf Course (9 holes).
Snow Skiing & Boarding
3 hours to Mount Washington Ski Resort.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a ocean. Only a 5 minute drive to the ocean, or enjoy a bike ride along the designated bike path to Sidney and the ocean. 10 minute drive to Elk/Beaver Lake Municipal Park. This park offers swimming, walking trails and off-leash dog walking. 10 minute drive to Island View Beach.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For stays of one month or more, one-half month's rent is required as a reservation deposit.
Payment Methods:
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal, Personal Cheque.
