Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Luxurious Master Bedroom with soft linens, bath robes for two, executive ensuite, and above all, views of the ocean right from the comfort of your room. Television and DVD in room as well.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Comfortable and Cozy second bedroom with deluxe ensuite... complete with a walk-in 5' shower with a rain shower head for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Reading lamps, small dresser, private closet and lots of cozy pillows.

Den

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Den to be used as extra bedroom or office/sitting area. Private closet, with cheater ensuite to main bathroom. 5' rain shower with beautiful tile on floor and elsewhere. Comfortable hide-a-bed, small desk and lamps available for your use. Wireless internet available.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
