    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Spacious bedroom with 4 windows, as it is on the corner, making it nice and bright. Two bed side tables with the emphasis on good reading lights! Chest of drawers and a good sized closet with great capacity.
    Den
    1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The sofa bed has - thank heavens - a comfortable 7" mattress. There are two windows making it nice and bright.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

    This unit is located on the 2nd floor overlooking a small garden with a water feature. It faces south/south west and looks across to St. Ann's Academy.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $ 100 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
