• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There is an airport shuttle bus which will bring you to the front door of the Astoria. Also located 1 block away is a Budget car rental office and also many other rental agencies within a few blocks of the Condo.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving more than 120 minute(s). Mt. Washington is the closest Ski resort on the Island and is about 3 hours away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). It is all within a few minutes walk from the Astoria.
• Ocean is located within a 4 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky. The Victoria Inner harbour is just a couple of minutes away. For beach access the walk would be about 10-15 Min.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
