• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Dock and Moorage Details: The Marina is in the Inner Harbour, a 10-15 min walk. Dallas Road, is a 5 min. walk the other way and goes along the ocean front, and is known for it's great paths for walking/jogging and has benches along the way for sitting and enjoying the view. Or take a walk along the break water, some find it romantic. It also is a great location for diving, kite surfing, and wind surfing.
• Nearby Attractions: Take a walk or horse and carriage to the many tourist attractions. The Royal Museum, wax museum, fisherman's wharf, miniature world, the marina and much more. Beautiful Beacon Hill park is a must, you can feed the ducks or take the kids to the petting farm or park to play. Downtown is close by too, great shopping.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
We require a 20% deposit from the total to World Wide to secure booking, 50% deposit directly to owner...balance due 45 days in advance

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
