This trendy, condo with loft-style bedroom, 16 foot ceilings, and a gas fireplace suspended from the ceiling was designed by one of BC's most innovative architects. It's located above artsy shops in the popular "Antique Row" area of downtown Victoria. At least a dozen of Victoria's best antique stores, and many excellent restaurants are within a block of this condo. The condo is on the second floor, (above the shops) and is only accessible by stairs from the street level. (no elevator). It is a 10 - 15 minute walk to many of Victoria's downtown attractions, and is right on the main bus route

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
