50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.

- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed. A fee of 90.00 will apply.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
