Monthly rate range Min $2800 to Max $3250 - Rates applicable to Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun.
Long Term Rates will depend on length of stay and the season.

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

There is a 3 night minimum rental for all months except August where a 5 night minimum is expected.

Special rates apply for stays of 6 nts plus one day (the check out day). People staying 7 nights pay the special rate plus one additional night. (checking out on the 8th day).

Rate #1: 6 nts/1 day from Jun 1 2008 to Sep 30 2008 $1620.00 CAD
Rate #2: 6 nts/1 day from Oct 1 2008 to Dec 19 2008 is $1400.00 CAD

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Please make arrangements with owner for second deposit, final payment and refundable security deposit. If you are booking 45 days or less prior arrival your final payment will be due in full.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
