All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
