Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
