    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    Personal or business cheques are acceptable as long as you are booking 60 days prior arrival. Persons wishing to use PayPal for final payment are charged a 4% processing fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
