Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250 will apply. A fee of 25/night will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
