This loft suite is located in a historic building located in the heart of Victoria's Old Town. The suite comes with a complete kitchen and living room with a couch that converts to a pullout bed and two leather chairs. Guests can enjoy all three meals of the day at their dining table or perhaps enjoy a coffee on their rooftop deck.
The suite is finished with granite counter tops and hardwood floors. The furniture is all leather and the King size bed is made up of a high end mattress and Egyptian cotton linens. The rooftop deck comes with a BBQ and patio set, please book today, and enjoy.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Booking deposit is 25% of the full rental price up to and including $2000 rent, so the booking deposit is a maximum of $500. A booking deposit is only required for stays longer than 7 days. A personal cheque is only accepted for the balance of the rent payable when the guest checks in and personal cheques are only accepted for guest staying 30 days and longer. For stays longer than 30 days, the rent is prorated. For example a 35 day rental would cost 3000 + (3000/30)* 5 remaining days = Total rent $3500. Taxes only apply to stays 30 days and longer.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
