Views from the property are of downtown Victoria. Lovely both in the day and evening from most of the windows and of course from the 700 sq. ft. private patio.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There are several restaurants right in front of our townhome. We are 1.5 mile away from Mayfair mall, the largest shopping center in Victoria. There is a liquor store and pub on the corner.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is sand and rocks. We are located on the Gorge Waterway which is generally not a swimming beach. There are kayaking and bike rentals close by.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
