1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2). This 3rd bedroom has a full queen size sofa bed. Very comfortable! This room also has the TV, the computer work station and a large closet.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.

Views from the property are of downtown Victoria. Lovely both in the day and evening from most of the windows and of course from the 700 sq. ft. private patio.

There are 6 golf course(s) nearby. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There are several restaurants right in front of our townhome. We are 1.5 mile away from Mayfair mall, the largest shopping center in Victoria. There is a liquor store and pub on the corner. • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is sand and rocks. We are located on the Gorge Waterway which is generally not a swimming beach. There are kayaking and bike rentals close by.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
