A new contemporary house located on a quiet street in beautiful James Bay. It is 2 blocks away from the ocean, a 5 minute walk from Fisherman’s Wharf, a 15 minute walk from The Parliament buildings and a 20 minute walk from downtown Victoria.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. .
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
Booking details: 10% is paid to Owner Direct at time of booking with additional amount to a total of 50% pre-paid 60 days ahead. Cancellation details: If the booking is cancelled within 60 days of arrival a 50% penalty is charged unless we are able to re-rent the house in which case the amount collected by us (not the 10% collected by Owner Direct) less $100 is refunded.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
