Set on a quiet side street, you can walk the neighborhood along Gorge Waterway park or play 18 holes before lunch without getting into your car. Just a driver/3 wood from one of Victoria's Premier Courses (Gorge Vale).

Close to hospitals, college & university, shopping, recreation, whale watching, entertainment, transportation, parks.

The outdoor patio off the bedroom & living room are wonderful spaces to relax. When the weather turns cooler you will appreciate the cozy fireplace.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
