This new contemporary condo is very bright with all the windows designed to take advantage of views and natural sunlight. Bamboo floors,the soft-weave carpets are made from environmentally friendly materials which are recycled.
Insulated walls between suites give you all the privacy you need. The condo is across from a shopping centre with all the amenities such as coffee shops, bank, spa, Save on Foods grocery, restaurants and has a gym inside the building. You can enjoy the walking trail along the waterfront just outside the condo which takes you into downtown, only a 10 min walk.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
