The master King bedroom includes a large sitting area with fireplace, big screen TV and Mini fridge. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. Downstairs you will find a gourmet kitchen with prep island adjoining the private deck with BBQ. So what do you need to celebrate? Between July 1 and August 31 Guests may only arrive on: Friday.
Special Conditions
Our cleaning fees are $180.00 on weekly stays. For guests staying longer then a week a $90.00 per 7 night cleaning fee is applicable. We do not charge a damage deposit, however, the registered guest is responsible for any damage caused while they are renting the house. Please notify us immediately if you notice anything that causes you concern.

The gourmet kitchen and dining area is fully stocked with everything you may need. Featuring stainless steel appliances with a bottom freezer in the large fridge, glass-ceramic cooktop stove has 4 burners, warming centre, warming draw and convection or bake settings for oven. Double sink and prep sink. Quiet Dishwasher, small TV and island bar. We also provide all cooking utentils, wine glasses, coffee, tea and condiments. It adjoins a large private deck.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Couch (sleeps 2). The master King Bedroom features a memory foam bed, Fireplace with sitting area, Big screen TV with DVD player, mini fridge. Adjoining large spa jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Walk in closet, two sinks. Private views of the forest.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Queen bedroom features comfy pillow top bed with dresser, closet, large window with shutters, side table with lamp and radio alarm.

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Two twin captains beds, large window with shutters, selection of books and toys for children.
1 Double Murphy/Wall Bed (sleeps 2). Family Room Downstairs includes a Queen Sized Murphy Bed and Double Sleeper Sofa. The Family Room adjoins the private covered patio with BBQ. Great for entertaining

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express
We do not collect a damage deposit, however, the registered guest is responsible for any damage caused. Please notify us immediately if you notice anything that causes you concern.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
