Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

Cleaning on Departure:
One-time fee of 150.00 (CAD) for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.

From the 1st day of October to the 31st day of May
Rent any 7 nights for 1,800.00 CAD based on 6 occupants
From the 1st day of June to the 30th day of September
Rent any 7 nights for 2,070.00 CAD based on 6 occupants
