    The large 20 by 40 foot heated in ground swimming pool is open to guests from 10am to 7pm daily. The property is 20 minutes to the ferries, 20 minutes to the downtown core, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and a 15 minute walk to Elk Lake, Victoria's most popular recreational lake. The property comes with its own 5 peaceful acres and backs on to 114 acres of wilderness park.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 6 public golf courses within a 10 minute drive – 3 nine hole and 3 eighteen hole courses.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The ski hill at Mount Washington is about a 3 hour drive away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 20 minutes to the ferries, 20 minutes to the Downtown core, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and a 15 minute walk to Elk Lake, known as Victoria’s most popular recreational lake. The property comes with its own 5 peaceful acres and backs on to 114 acres of wilderness park. Hiking trails, cycling paths, swimming, canoeing, water-skiing, windsurfing, fishing and horseback riding are all within walking distance of the farm. Canoes, paddle boats and windsurfing rentals are available at Elk Lake.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
