    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). This complex is about a 15 minute walk to Cadboro Bay Shopping center(4 shops, a coffee house, pub, fine dining restraunt and gas station). Transit is easy to take to downtown Victoria. It is a about a 5 minute walk from the home to the nearest bus stop. The bus leaves frequently every 15 minutes and it takes about 40 minutes. To drive to downtown Victoria it takes about 25 minutes.
    • This unit is right on the ocean. There are 2 kayaks, a rowboat and a dock to use. There is a beach located 5 minutes from the house. It is a coarse sand beach with fresh salt water. The Royal Victoria Yacht Club is also a 5 minute walk away.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
