House has large back garden with trampoline, volleyball and/or badminton net, basketball pad. Complimentary wine and food samples from Oak Bay specialty stores on arrival. Centrally located but beautiful surroundings.

Airport is 30 minutes away
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are numerous, beautiful golf courses in and around Victoria, from 10 minutes to 30 minutes by car.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). It is approx. a 3 hour drive to Mt Washington, in Courtney.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is a 5 minute walk to the Oak Bay village with numerous shops, bakeries, grocery, banks, coffee, pub and restaurants.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. It is three short blocks to the ocean and Willows Beach, a popular beach with grass, sand, picnic tables, concession, bathrooms etc. Beach is 3 short blocks away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
