1 Queen Bed. This spacious bedroom on the lower level has a beautiful wrought iron bed, and Santa Fe style finishing in the room ,with vibrant colours and exposed brick wall.

1 Single/Twin Bed. This cosy ,private bedroom has it's own built in bookcase and maple vanity desk.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Bedroom five is a rec room with hide-a-bed , TV, VCR, and gas fireplace.
1 King Bed. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and sliding door opening onto private deck with hot tub.
1 Double Bed. This main floor bedroom also has a Piano for those who like to play. It is full of charm, with sunlight streaming through beautiful,colourful stained glass windows.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beach is less than 1 block away. There is an exellent beach one block away - one of the best in Victoria area for parks, swimming and sunbathing.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Deposit and final payment will be confirmed by email when received.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
