Ideally located in the heart of Victoria, it is just twenty minutes walk to downtown or the beach, or five minutes by car or city bus. The University of Victoria is just a few minutes away by car or bus.

The suite is situated on the second-floor of our restored hundred-year-old heritage house, surrounded by massive cedar, pine, oak and cherry trees. The suite has been lovingly restored maintaining its Old World charm and ambiance and is sure to impress!

The suite is a second-floor suite in a restored hundred-year-old heritage house, surrounded by massive cedar, pine, and oak trees and directly adjacent to a beautiful park. The suite has been extensively restored with the utmost attention to detail. Its unique charm and ambience are sure to impress! The park is home to a protected Gary Oak grove, winding paths, open grassy fields, and countless flower beds. There are also four tennis courts and a children's playground on the far side of the park.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are many great public golf courses located in Victoria - just minutes drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Mt. Washington Ski Resort is four hours drive away. There is a ski bus that makes the return trip to the mountain every day.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a shopping complex with a grocery store and cafes three minutes walk through the park. The quaint village of Oak Bay is a fifteen minute walk away and has many shops and restaurants, including it's famous tea house.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
