20 minutes drive to Victoria International Airport.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Drive to Cordova Bay Golf Course or Royal Oak is 10 minutes. Royal Colwood Golf Course is 20 minutes. Uplands Golf Course, Victoria Golf Course, and Bear Mountain Golf Course are all within 30 minutes.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Downtown Victoria is a 20 minute drive.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. Elk Lake is located at bottom of property. Public beach is located .5km.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 8 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for 100 per week. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
