• Half hour drive to airport. Buses also available to airport and to all ferries. City transit stops across the street - to University, Downtown, bus depot, tourist attractions and harbour.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Many wonderful golf courses in Victoria area. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Cross country skiing 10 miles north. Downhill sking 1.5 hr drive north. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The house is a 7 minute walk to the shopping mall. Transit bus every half hour across street takes you downtown in 10 minutes. • Beach surface is sand and rocks. 30 seconds to the ocean-across the street Beach across the street-Gonzales Bay-view of Olympic Mountains and Port Angeles.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per hour. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $100 may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
