    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Downtown is fifteen minutes drive away. Very close to bus route, buses leave for downtown every 11 minutes. Other shopping areas four minutes drive away - movie theatre five minutes drive away.
    • Two beaches approximately a 10-15 minute walk away. Beach is four blocks away.

    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
