House is within 15 mins by car of Victoria. Every morning you can wake up and see the pacific, however a lovely 10 min walk will take you to a near deserted beach, and the views you have of the Haro Strait and the San Juan Islands are breathtaking. The beach is perfect for Kayaking and sea fishing. The house is approx 15 mins from Elk Lake, perfect for walking, fishing and biking. We are situated 7 mins from a very good public golf course. We're about 20-45 mins from all the major golf courses in town, 5 mins drive from a mall and movie complex to shopping and movie theatres.

    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
