    Bed Summary
    Bedroom
    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Separate bedroom on ground floor with a very comfotable king size bed. The room has 18 foot high ceilings, and the mattress is built into oak cabinetry. There are night stands beside the bed that hold two chrome reading lamps and an alarm clock. There is a walk in closet in the room next to the bedroom, with alot of storage space, including dresser drawers and hangers on clothes rods.
    Loft
    1 Queen Air Mattress (sleeps 2). Loft lounge overlooks the living room and harbour. The air bed is a quality 'Aero Bed'. The loft is carpeted and has a couch, desk area, chairs, TV with VHS and sound system, and Internet connection.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    From the loft lounge, one can look out onto the harbour activity. From the patio and living room, there is also a "same-level" view of the harbour, seen beyond the patio area, which has plants, shrubbery and some patio furniture.

    The living room opens onto a secure patio area with furniture, from which one can sit in comfort and watch the harbour activity. The patio area has hedges on two sides for greenery and privacy. The unit has a modern front loading washer/dryer set behind sliding doors in the loft area. (Please be sure to read the instructions if unfamiliar with these washers.) There is an elevator to a shared rooftop terrace which has a BBQ area. This vacation unit has modern touches, eclectic styling and some original artwork. It is the perfect location for travels who would like to explore the downtown area by foot, and for the business traveller who wishes to be close to everything. For a great and casual breakfast, visit Willie's Bakery, on Johnson St. just off Wharf (very closeby). Behind Willies' is 'Il Terrazzo', for exceptional Italian food.
    • The condo is situated directly on the Upper Harbour, with a view of the harbour and across to Victoria West. There are plenty of beaches all around the island, and they vary in specific characteristics. These waters are esteemed by divers for their clarity. The Mermaid Wharf Marina, steps from the condo, rents row boats, kayaks, and canoes. For those who have their own water craft, it is possible to rent space from the Marina. Island Rentals, a concession on the pier, can provide you with kayaks, canoes, bikes and power boats, and an hourly or daily basis. Victoria Harbour Ferries operates a fleet of 11 mini passenger ferries which travel around Victoria's Harbour, picking up and depositing passengers at 12 stops around the Harbour and the Gorge Waterway. The main stop is the dock directly infront of the Empress Hotel.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    If you cancel 45 or more days prior to your planned arrival, you will be refunded 35% of your entire stay. If you cancel 30-45 days prior to your planned arrival, you will be refunded 20% of your entire stay. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 30 days of your planned arrival; however, any guests who must cancel their booking will receive a 50% credit for a future booking made within the year.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
