Located half a block from the ocean and waterfront walking paths leading to Beacon Hill Park this vacation rental is ideally situated. The house is across the street from a neighborhood park with a playground, a short walk to grocery shopping and features a fully fenced, kid friendly back yard. The house is newly (2006) renovated with an open concept kitchen, dining area and living room on the main floor. Downstairs are the two bedrooms with a bathroom in between. It is bright, contemporary and very functional with a large kitchen and mudroom.

• Beach surface is small pebbles. Beach is half a block from the house.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). Either a refundable security/damage deposit of 200 or a 35 processing fee is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
