Penthouse suite open floor plan which give very spacious feel with spectacular views of inner harbour and Fisherman's Wharf. Floor to ceiling windows. Two decks for outside relaxation. 10 minute walk from downtown. Watch the sea planes take off and the ferries come and go. BE AWARE THAT THE SEA PLANES TAKE OFF AT 7:00AM AND CAN BE A BIT NOISY WHEN ALL WINDOWS ARE OPEN.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk. Great fresh fish store next door. Several fine restaurants within a 5 - 15 minute walk depending on what you seek.
    • Inner harbour about 200 - 300 yds away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Guests are responsible for damage, missing inventory, or excessive cleaning required after departure. Kitchen is fully equipped and is to be maintained by guests. In the event of excessive noise owner or his agent has the right to terminate the rental with loss of all rent.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
