Noise rules in place after 11PM. Mature, family friendly home. Rules and Regulations of the The Hotel & Inn Keepers Act in place.

An additional family room is available and can accommodate up to 2 more Guests on a Queen sized pull out. A fee of $70 per night will apply to rent this space in addition to the suite. Please inquire at time of reservation.

View

A private full view of Swan Creek, and park is viewed through the main window in guest suite. A variety of birds and wildlife, such as beavers and otters can sometimes be observed in the backyard. There are also walking and biking trails steps away leading to the forested areas, an eagles nest, rivers, and flat lands. Nearby Swan Lake is home to a protected nature sanctuary as well as a network of trails, boardwalks, as well as wildlife exhibits and information. In addition,a large field makes for plenty of play area for mom, dad and kids to enjoy!

New(2009)!!!! We just added a nice new room as a optional space for your use as well. New wooden IR Sauna for 2 persons has been added as well. This room is perfect for families with children or larger groups looking for value. Perfect for games, music, and larger gatherings! The 16 by 20 ft area with high ceilings, has loads of windows, and light. Room is furnished with a queen hide a bed/cot, arm chairs, a desk, JVC surround sound, stereo system, mini bar fridge, LCD TV/DVD, library, and more. Newly painted and various decor. Room has its own lock and is only steps to the bathroom inside the suite. The large, bright, room is also semi detached from the suite in the carport for easy access. If renting this room with your suite, extra charges can apply. See Specific Rental Conditions for details.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
