This condo is located right on the waterfront on Victoria's inner harbour. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room look out on the harbour and give the condo an open and airy atmosphere. There are two balconies in this corner unit, each with beautiful waterfront views. One overlooks the Queen Mother Waterfront Cafe -- a fun and funky fusion cafe -- and the other overlooks the dock and marina. The sunsets over the water are beautiful - just take a look at the photos!

• Victoria International Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. There is also a seaplane airport on the harbour within a short walk of the condo.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Train. Take the VIA Rail Train up-island to Nanaimo and Courtenay. Victoria also has an extensive bus transit system for exploring greater Victoria and the rest of Vancouver Island. Bus stops are nearby. A fun way to get around the harbour is to take the one of cute passenger ferries. They run on a regular schedule throughout the day; there is a stop at the marina, within a hundred yards of the condo. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a short walk to all downtown shopping and dining. The condo is less than 1000 meters from the Fairmont Empress Hotel. The McPherson Theater is a five minute walk from the condo; Chinatown, with its great restaurants, is steps away. • The unit is Ocean front. There is a dock. The dock is public. This condo is both on the water front and in downtown Victoria. Shopping, dining, museums, and theaters are a short walk away. Boating, kayaking, and whale watch tours can be arranged steps away from the condo at the marina. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
