Located in a quiet, older neighborhood with tree-lined streets, within walking distance of the heart of Victoria's tourist and shopping district. Just down the street is a lovely area for shopping and eating with many cafes and restaurants. The suite has a large, well-appointed living room, large bright bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen with an eating area. The large comfortable bedroom has a queen-size bed, a top quality double sofabed in the front room, as well as a roll-away cot that sleeps one, to accommodate up to 5 people. This suite is located in a quiet area of the city, where one of the only sounds you might hear are the horse and carriage rides that pass by occasionally. The location couldn't be more perfect for your Victoria getaway.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
