Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer Damage Deposit required 7 days prior to reservation, in addition to the following: 1 - For a term of one month or less, full payment required on arrival/check-in. 2 - For a term of greater than one month, the first month's payment is required on arrival/check-in and post dated check for the remainder. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
