The studio is located about 10 ft. above ground level and it has 3 windows that overlooks Douglas Fir, Gary Oak and Arbutus Trees. There are mountain views and the studio has a south western sun exposure so the Studio is sunny and bright.

The Studio has 9 ft. ceilings framed by crown molding and it also contains a spacious custom built walk-in closet. It is attractively decorated with limited edition prints, hardwood floors, custom made window coverings/screens, dimmer lights and a ceiling fan. There are outside motion lights and a storm door for enhanced security.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 16.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
